6) Reseller Permit /Sales Tax Exemption Certificate

GEAR AID does not charge sales tax on wholesale purchases. In compliance with Washington State sales and use tax laws, a copy of your state issued current Resale/Reseller’s Certificate or Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is required prior to us establishing a wholesale account for your business. A tax certificate is not required for businesses shipping to AK, DE, MT, NH, OR or Overseas Associated States. Please do not attach a Business License or W9 as these do not meet the requirement.
